Vickie was preceded in death by her mother Sally Ratliff Jackson; her husband Dennis Swafford; her siblings Sharon, Tammy and Darrell.
She is survived by her father Darrell Jackson of Taylorsville; her daughter Misty Beckley (Amanda) of Springfield MO; sisters Debbie Newman (Marvin) and Teresa; her granddaughter Abigail Fitzgerald; her best friends like sisters Denise Young and Kathy Shaffer (Terry); her nieces and nephews Jessica, Jonathan, Toni and Hunter Jackson.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
