He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Cundiff and Mildred Woodard.
Tim is survived by his sister Rebecca Taylor (Timmy) of Brooks; along with his life partner
Deborah Johnson of Shepherdsville.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
