Thomas Reece Meadows, 56 of Louisville passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Kindred Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Hershel and Catherine Meadows.
He is survived by his children Jason Meadows of Louisville, Greg Meadows (Jennifer) of Louisville, Brittany Meadows and Thomas Reece Meadows Jr. both of Indianapolis IN; his siblings Teresa Adcock, Tabatha Conn and Tammy Harris; along with 8 grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Good Shepherd Worship Center of Louisville 8012 Vaughn Mill Road Louisville.
