Thelma Jewell Plake 83, of Shepherdsville passed away at her home Thursday, October 8, 2020.
Thelma was a member of Ray of Hope Christian Fellowship.
Thelma was preceded in death by her husband John Plake; her children Barbara Plake, Wayne Plake and Wesley Plake; her parents James and Carrie Haynes; along with siblings Sue Strong, Herbert Haynes and Dudley Haynes.
Thelma is survived by her children Darlene Youngblood (Cheyenne) of Shepherdsville, Cynthia Anderson (Eric) of Louisville and Bud Plake (Youra) of Lafayette, LA; along with 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at Samart Funeral Home Gray, Louisiana.
