Thelma Chaffins, 72 of Louisville passed away at Baptist East on Tuesday January 7, 2014.
She is survived by her husband Richard Chaffins; her son's Shawn (Tonya) Chaffins and Chad Chaffins both of Louisville; her brother Daniel Allen of Louisville; along with 3 grandchildren.
Memorial Service will take place Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall 5301 Garden Green Way Louisville, KY 40218.
