He is proceeded in death by his father Clarence Mitchell and a step daughter Tammy Kipper.
Terry is survived by his wife Bonnie Phillips; his children Scott Phillips of Florida, Crystal Phillips of Leitchfield; his mother Maddie Ruth; his siblings Larry Mitchell (Brenda) of Texas, Judy Farley (Larry) of Ohio, Rebecca Payton (Chris) of Hartford, Lisa Cottrell (Mark) of Louisiana; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; along with many nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service Monday 11:00 a.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff KY.
