Silvia was preceded in death by her parents Edgar Smith and Ingrid Ludecke.
She is survived by her children; Valerie Jun (David) of Bristol, TN and Raymond Collins of Los Angeles, CA; her siblings Donna Smith of Lebanon Junction, Susan Smith of Dallas, TX, and Frank Smith of Elizabethtown.
Cremation was chosen.
