He was a Kentucky Colonel.
He was proceeded in death by his father Patrick Desurne, Sr.
Scotty is survived by his wife Christine King of Shepherdsville; his mother Doris Murphy of Hillview; his siblings Patrick Desurne, JR,. and Crystal Hughes.
