It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Sarah Lee Dugdale on Monday, January 15th, 2018. Sarah passed away peacefully in her 94th year surrounded by family and loved ones at peopleCare Oakcrossing Long Term Care in London, Ontario.
Sarah has gone to heaven to be reunited with her husband Edward Dugdale (2003). Loving mother of Susan Stepien of London, Ontario and Timothy Dugdale (Ndella) of Washington, D.C. Cherished Grandmother of Allison, Graham, Kailash and Thierno. Dear sister of Clara Newman of Shepherdsville, Kentucky. A special thank you to Patti Ann Reynolds for her exceptional love and care for Sarah and our family. A special thank you also to the staff of peopleCare Oakcrossing for their kind, compassionate, care and support they have provided Sarah over the last seven years.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 22, 2018 at Davidson Memorial United Methodist Church 265 S. Buckman Street Shepherdsville, KY. Burial will follow at Hebron Cemetery in Shepherdsville, KY.
Visitation will be Monday 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home in Shepherdsville.
Donations in Sarah’s memory can be made to the Sunshine Foundation of Canada or the Alzheimer’s Society.
