Sandra “Sissy” Anita Jewell, 70 of Mt. Washington passed away at Jewish South Medical Center Tuesday, November 13, 2018 with her family by her side.
She was a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed fishing and Kentucky Basketball.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Ruby Jewell; her sister Geri West and nephews Justin Jewell and Joseph Hartlage.
Sandra is survived by her siblings Joseph B. Jewell Jr. of Lebanon Junction; Phyllis Campbell (Brian) of Belmont, Cheryl Jewell of Mount Washington; Paula Jewell of Shepherdsville and Rodger Jewell (Carol) of Leitchfield; her nieces and nephews Jason, Derek, Melanie, Tracy, Jeff, Leslie, Adria, Sarah, Emmitt, Krista (Chad), Tyler, Kelsie, Malorie and Allison; her great nephews Gage and Gavin Lanham; along with many other great nieces and nephews.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
