Sabastian is survived by his wife Juana Canducha Garcia, married on October 26, 2004; children Maria Elizabeth Guzman Lopez, Jimmy Damian Guzman Lopez and Fabiana Edit Guzman Lopez; along with many brothers and sisters
Funeral Service will be 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Iglesia Bethania 5400 Preston Hwy. Louisville, KY 40213. Officiated by Pastor Marcos Vasquez.
Visitations will be Saturday 5:00 p.m. until time of service.
