Robert Allen Hornback, 40 of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Jewish South.
He is survived by his wife Stephanie Hornback; his children Tyler Adams of Indiana, Robbie Adams of Indiana, Cole Page and Brayden Page both of Louisville; his siblings Charles Hornback, John Hornback, James Hornback all of Louisville and Charlie Hornback of Vine Grove KY; along with his parents Charles W. Hornback of Campbellsburg and Sheila Creech of Louisville.
Memorial Service will be 5:30 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2016 at South Louisville 7th Day Adventist Church 7319 Southside Drive Louisville.
