Robert Darrell Caughron 69, of Elizabethtown passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 9, 2017.
He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Lebanon Junction. A current employee with the Courier Journal for the past 27 years. Earning a Bachelor’s degree, majoring in English and Minor in Music. Robert loved to fish and sing.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Caughron and Elsie Rhodes.
Robert is survived by his wife Linda Caughron; his children Sheri Webber (Russell) of Shepherdsville, Robert David Caughron (Maddie) of Salesville, OH, Jeannie Shafer (Michael) of Ashtabula, OH and Melissa Janssen (Stacey) of Elizabethtown; her siblings Becky Gray of Arkansas, Delores Smith (Al) of South Carolina, Jackie Steer of Florida, Brenda Wiley (Jerry) of Tennessee and Jerry Caughron (Patricia) of Phoenix, AZ; along with 20 grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
Memorial Service will be Monday, November 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.at Faith Baptist Bible Church 270 Sanders Lane Lebanon Junction KY.
