Regina Kay Pugh, 61 of Shepherdsville passed away at Norton Audubon Hospital Wednesday, April 1, 2020 with her family by her side.
She enjoyed cookouts, time with her family and her dogs. She was a Christian by faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Alvin Pugh and her parents Howard and Mary Warf.
Regina is survived by her children Madonna Mason (Mark), James Barton, Keena Pugh (Teddy), Mary Pugh (Christopher), James Griffey (Denise), Michael Barton (Carla), Todd Griffey (Stacey) all of Louisville and Joshua Crum (Tanisha) of Clarksville, IN; her siblings Dale Warf (Karen) of Greensburg, KY and Edward Warf (Tina) of Louisville; 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren along with many other family members and friends.
Services will be private. With Burial to follow at Mt. Holly Cemetery.
