Raymond Holbrook Jackson

Raymond Holbrook Jackson, 82 of Garfield, KY passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Baptist Health Hospital with his family by his side.
He was preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Grace Jackson; his son Michael Dwayne Jackson and siblings Margie Mudd and James Dobbie Jackson.
He was a Baptist by faith. An Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion and a Mason at McNeil Lodge 586 Lebanon Junction. He enjoyed flea marketing, trading goods, eating and time with his family.
Raymond is survived by his loving wife Georgia Jackson; his children Danny Jackson (Mary Jo) of Garfield, KY, Tammy Cook (William) of Lebanon, TN, Ray Mullins of Independence, KY and Lanette Reed (Ken) of Independence, KY; his siblings Virgil William Jackson (Norma), Debbie Sue Moore and Sheila Gail Cox (Joe) all of Shepherdsville; 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Thomas officiating.
Visitations will be Wednesday 2-8 p.m. and Thursday 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow at Vine Hill Cemetery.
