Randall Ray McCubbins

 Randall Ray McCubbins, 73 of Lebanon Junction passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Norton Hospital with his family by his side.

 Randall retired from Ford Motor Company after 30 years of service. He had a need for speed and spent countless nights drag racing at Ohio valley drag way. Randall’s other hobbies included hunting, fishing, raising chickens, and gambling. He also loved to travel the country with his family. He was a dedicated husband and dad, raising an amazing family of which he was proud. Randall was very social and he never met a stranger. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Harley and Ramona McCubbins; along with his siblings Linda Spurling (Bill), Billy McCubbins and Robin McCubbins. 

Randall is survived by his loving wife of more than 54 years, Sharon McCubbins; children Heather Jewell (Jason) of Mt. Washington and Joshua “Bubba” McCubbins (Gloria) of Crestwood; brother Danny McCubbins (Ed) of Shepherdsville; grandchildren Steve McCubbins (Ashley), Robbie Ballard (Alex), Hayley Jewell (Dillon), Noah Jewell and Shelby McCubbins; great-grandchildren Dillon, Gabe and Cecilia McCubbins; his loyal canine companion Ozzy; along with additional family members and countless friends 

Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Veatch officiating. Burial to follow in Vine Hill Cemetery. 

Visitation will be Monday September 9, 2024, from 2-8 p.m. and Tuesday 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
