Phyllis Marie Fields, 59 of Louisville passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Harmon.
Phyllis is survived by her children Charles Bingham, Jr.; Kimberly Miller and Shawn Durbin all of Louisville; her grandchildren Tosha Miller and Joshua Johnson; 2 Great Grandchildren Cody Montgomery and Jaylynn Ballard all of Louisville; along with many brothers and sisters.
Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m.
Time of reflection will be held from 4-7 on Thursday.
