Perry Wayne Harbison, 59 of Louisville passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 at his home.
He is survived by his son Hunter Page (Ashley) of Lexington; a brother Wayne Harbison of Paducah; along with his grandchildren Jacob, Jaden and Juliette Page.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
