She was a native of Louisville, Kentucky and attended God's Holiness Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather George Manley.
Monica is survived by her father David Manley of Louisville, her grandparents Evelyn and Charles Freeman of Shepherdsville and Josh and Elizabeth Graham of Elizabethtown, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday October 6th, 2012 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial in Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington.
Visitation will be on Friday from 2-8 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
