Michael "Mike" Shell Burgess, 50 of Louisville passed away on Thursday, August 1st, 2013 with his family by his side.
He was a Baptist by faith. Mike was an employee at Dane's Sheet Metal of Louisville.
He is survived by his parents Buck Burgess of Louisville and Esther Burgess of Hardin Co.; his siblings Steven Burgess, Mark Burgess, Nick Burgess, Brian Burgess, Sam Price, Marlaine Little, Barbara North, Mary Thompson, Donna Minks, Sharon White, Mary Roberson, Shortie Thompson; his nephew Joe Nalley; along with many friends and family.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 6th, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Eden Cemetery.
Visitation will be at Maraman Billings Funeral Home on Monday from 2-8 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
