Michael Lee Johnson Sr., 61 of Louisville KY, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Baptist Health Hospital.
He was a 1972 graduate of Jeffersontown High School and served as a Police Officer in the Louisville area for over 30 years; he was a member of South East Christian Center, Buechel F&AM 396, Jeffersontown F&AM 774, Scottish Rite, National Fraternal Order of Police, Aero Club, Blue Knights, Shriners International and Sons of the American Revolution.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Imogene Johnson.
Michael is survived by his children Michael L. Johnson Jr. of Louisville, Rebecca A. Johnson of Richmond VA and Samuel "Nash" Johnson of Richmond; his significant other Stephanie Weinstein of Louisville; along with 2 sisters.
Funeral Service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday at Fern Creek Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be on Monday from 4-7.
