She was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Alice Kirkendall Mercer.
She is survived by her siblings Joyce Shealy of Louisville, Patricia Mercer of Louisville, Lloyd E. Mercer of Alaska and Earl Mercer of Lawrenceburg, KY.
The family has chosen a private burial at Mt. Eden Cemetery.
