Mary Ann Vaughn

Mary Ann Vaughn, 86 of Shepherdsville, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Norton Audubon Hospital with her family by her side.
She was a Baptist by faith and a faithful member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Mary Ann loved the lord and was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved baking, sewing, crafts, reading, and anything that had to do with her flowers. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ansel Vaughn; her parents Tom and Bessie Smothers; her son Thomas Gregory Vaughn; her siblings James, Kathleen, Tommy Lee, David and Paul Smothers.
Mary Ann is survived by her children Peggy Bennett and Joseph Vaughn (Christie); her grandchildren Jordan Bennett (Maggie), Allison Heffley (Jarrod), and Rachel Brooks (Josh); her great-grandchildren Reagan Heffley, James Heffley and Ollie Brooks; her brother Billy Smothers.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Darrell Mitchell officiating. After a family meal, burial will be held at Old Liberty Cemetery in Bradfordsville, Kentucky.
Visitations will be Friday, February 4, 2022, from 3:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
