Mary Tyler "Bebe" Hamilton

Mary Tyler “Bebe” Hamilton, 92 of Shepherdsville returned to her Heavenly Father on January 7, 2019 at the Episcopal Church Home with her family by her side.
Mrs. Hamilton was born on February 23, 1926 to the late J. Vernon Bell and Nell Susan Sanders Bell of Bullitt County. She was a lifelong member of Hebron Presbyterian Church. She worked at Colgate-Palmolive until she had children. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be remembered as a good listener, wonderful cook and gentle spirit that put the needs of others before herself.
She is preceded in death by her husband Charles “Gay” Hamilton, brother Marvin Bell and sisters, Myra Shriver and Sara Crumbacker.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Mary Ann Miller (Doug Jingst), Sarah Nell McDade (Bob) and James Charles Hamilton (Lori); grandchildren, Lee Hamilton Miller (Megan), Dustin Hays Miller, Molly Jean Hedges (David), Maggie Tyler Coy (Jimmy), Robert Michael McDade (Kathryn), Charles Grant Hamilton, Brock Carl Hamilton, Heather Peterson (Joel), Nate Jingst (Shayna) and David Jingst; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Lee Hedges, Charles Emmett Hedges, Robert Miles McDade, George Joseph Miller, Eden Peterson, Kane Peterson and Truman Jingst; sister, Nell Porter along with many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff and Dr. Cornett at the Episcopal Church Home for their loving care and kindness.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Hebron Presbyterian Church with Rev. George Love officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00-10:00 a.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to Hebron Presbyterian Church.
