Louise Celestine Johnson

Louise Celestine Johnson, 89 of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at Jewish Hospital with her family by her side.
Louise was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama and her family moved to Louisville in the late 1960’s. Growing up on the farm, she developed a loved for gardening and loved all sorts of flowers and vegetables. She was a great family woman and always supported her family. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly and will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband Willie John Johnson; her parents Alonza and Minnie Everhart; her children Sheila Johnson, Andre Johnson, and Lorenzo Johnson.
Louise is survived by her son Dana Johnson; her sister Ruth Ann Robinson; her grandchildren Yolanda Quinn, Philip Johnson, Lorenza Lonnie Johnson II, Jarel Johnson, Eric Johnson, Danielle Johnson; along with nine great grandchildren.
Per Louise’s wishes, cremation was chosen by the family. A virtual zoom memorial will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The zoom meeting id is 869 9680 2987, with a passcode of 910236.
