Lisa Shane Samuels, 39 of Louisville passed away at her home on Saturday, September 26, 2015.
She was a Catholic by faith and a volunteer at St. James Elementary School.
She was preceded in death by her sister Leslie Diane Britton.
She is survived by her husband Marty Samuels; her children Shane Tyler King, Samantha Owens, Shelby Samuels, Morgan Samuels, Heaven Samuels and Madison Samuels; her parents Mark Hinds of Nashville TN and mother Barbara Blick of Louisville; her siblings Barbara Blick of Redding PA, Pandie Mullins of Cincinnati OH and Jody Newton of Louisville; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and after 9 a.m. on Saturday.
