Lela Jeanette Matarese 80 passed away on Sunday February 9, 2014 at University of Louisville Hospital.
She was a native of Cave City, Kentucky and a member of Cove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Roy Harlan and Flossie Mae Lewis, her husband and a daughter Melody Sue Warren.
She is survived by her children Thomas W. Nash (Lori) of Brandenburg, Roy Lane Warren (Kelly) of Niceville, Fl and Jesse Warren of Alaska, her brothers Larry Lewis of Shepherdsville and Ronnie Lewis of Ohio, 19 grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be Thursday 7 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial at 10 a.m. on Friday at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 a.m. till time of service. Online condolences may be made at maramanbillings.com
