Kenneth "Kap" Dean Alcorn

Kenneth "Kap" Dean Alcorn 71 of Shepherdsville passed away peacefully on Monday November 19, 2012 at his home with his loved ones by his side.
He was a Baptist by faith, a native of Louisville and a retired mechanic for Buzick Construction.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents Albert B. II and Anna Mae Alcorn and his siblings Albert, Aaron, Josephine, Mary, Edward, Betty Jean and Pauline.
He is survived by his children Terry Lee Alcorn and his wife Heidi of Shepherdsville, William Hess of Prospect, George Hess of Florida and Duke Hess, his loving companion Doris Morgan of Shepherdsville, his siblings Alberta Dean of Shepherdsville, Dorothy Durham of Bardstown and Sonny Alcorn of Bellview, Fl, his granddaughter Ashley Nalley and his great grandchildren Shy-ann, Summer and Shelby Nalley.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday November 24th, at Maraman Billings Funeral Home-Shepherdsville with Rev. Arnold Evans officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Joseph Hill, Aaron Alcorn, Ashley Nalley, Joshua Evans, George Hess and WIlliam Hess. Visitation will be on Friday from 1-8 p.m. and Saturday after 9:00 a.m..
