Josiah “Joe” Thomas Qualls, Jr. 66, of Shepherdsville passed away Friday, November 18, 2016 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Shepherdsville, retired from Probation and Parole, a retired Deputy Sheriff with the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office, a member of the Bullitt Lodge #155 F. & A.M. and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #42.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Josiah Thomas Qualls, Sr., and Wilma Brackett Qualls.
Joe is survived by his wife of 37 years, Jean Qualls; his children Josiah Qualls and Leland Qualls all of Shepherdsville. Funeral Service will be Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Shepherdsville with Rev. Adam Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Slaughter’s Cemetery in Slaughter, Kentucky.
Visitation will be Monday from 3-8 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home and Tuesday from 9 a.m. till time of Service at the First Baptist Church of Shepherdsville.
