Joseph Franklin Kiesler Jr., 63 of Shepherdsville, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 with his family by his side.
He was a Christian by faith and retired from LG&E where he worked as a supervisor. Joseph was outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, and camping. He loved being out on his boat, reeling in the fish. Joseph was simple but proud, he was sarcastic, with a great sense of humor. Joseph placed family above all, his grandchildren meant the world to him. He will be deeply missed by many.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Franklin Kiesler Sr.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife Rosemary Kiesler, children Dustin Kiesler (Frances) of Cox’s Creek, Nicole Haas (Joe) of Nashville, and Derek Kiesler of Jeffersonville; stepchildren Misty McCubbins (Jason) of Shepherdsville and Ronnie Heath of Bardstown; his grandchildren Devin Ray, Colton Kiesler, Kaden Kiesler, Cooper, Maverick, & Selma Haas, Kendal Kiesler, Lindsay and Alison McCubbins, Zoe and Eli Heath; his mother Marlene Kiesler; siblings; extended family Alex Smith, Aspen, and Memphis; along with additional family and friends that he loved dearly.
A memorial visitation will be held 12- 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Maraman Billings Funeral Home.
