Jon Paul Jolly 24 of Crestwood, formerly of Bullitt County passed away suddenly on Tuesday August 21, 1012.
He was a native of Louisville, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his mother Angela Faye Jolly.
Jon is survived by his father Paul Jolly (Melissa) of Crestwood, a daughter Ella Grace Warren, his siblings Keeza Slaughter (Robert), Daniel Timothy Jolly, Evan Jesse Jolly, Ryan Casey Sutton and Lauren Mackenzie Sutton, his paternal grandmother Pauline Jolly.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday August 25, 2012 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home-Shepherdsville with interment to follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. till time of the service.
