John "Junie" Frederick Klosterman Jr.

John “Junie” Frederick Klosterman Jr. 81 of Shepherdsville passed away on Thursday August 19, 2021 at his home with his family by his side.
Junie was a native of Chicago, Illinois, was the owner and operator of O.K. Tent and Awning and a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents John F. Klosterman Sr. and Florence Davis Klosterman, a son Depp E. Rasner II and a brother David Klosterman.
He is survived by his wife Sharon L. Klosterman of Shepherdsville, his children John F. Klosterman III (Mark) of Fairhope, AL, Margarite Elizabeth Lauriello (John) of Birmingham, AL, Lee A. Klosterman (Dawn) of Mobile, AL, David Carlisle Rasner (Zoila) of Shepherdsville and Susan Stirlacci of Shepherdsville, his siblings Patrick Klosterman (Peggy) of Louisville and Sharon Ann Klosterman of New Albany, IN, 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church 187 S Plum St, Shepherdsville, KY with Fr. Terry Langford officiating with burial to follow in the Hebron Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 – 9:30 a.m.at Maraman Billings Funeral Home 605 S. Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville.
