Jimmy Dale Brooks, 64 of Loretta, KY passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Veterans Hospital of Louisville.
He was a Vietnam Veteran, a member of the Rolling Thunder and the DVA.
He was preceded in death by his parents Evan and Eva Brooks and his brother Paul Brooks.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife Florence Brooks of 23 years; his children Kathy Brooks of Seminary MS, Wayne (Patti) Jackson of Louisville KY, Roxanna Jackson of Loretta KY, and Sonny (Sherry) Jackson of Georgia; his siblings Mauldine Brumfield, Nell Wise, Sharon Brooks, Oliver Brooks and Homer Brooks; along with his grandchildren Tim, Jessica, Taylor and Tori.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Petal, MS.
Visitation will be Tuesday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
