He is survived by his life partner Alicia Perryman of Mt. Washington; his mother Frankie Cortie Burgin; his children Chessa England of Louisville and Emily Perryman of Mt. Washington; his siblings Mary, Debbie, Betty, Michele & James; 1 grandchild.
Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home.
Visitation will be on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until the service begins at 7:00 p.m.
