Jerry B. (Jake) Tinnell born November 15, 1919 returned to his heavenly father Thursday August 3, 2017 at his home.
Preceded in death by his wife Louise Waters, mother Lula Jackson, father George Tinnell, 4 brothers, 5 sisters and 1 great greatgrandchild.
Beloved father of Marilyn F. Smith, Margaret L. Braun, Linda S. Tinnell (caregiver), Jerry L. Tinnell (caregiver), Tammy D. Lawson, Aundrea M. Tinnell, 7 grandchildren, 9 greatgrandchildren, and 3 great greatgrandchildren.
Jerry was a WWII veteran, a member of Local 64 where he worked construction. His love along for his wife and family, an avid fisherman, hunter, working on cars and he loved country music. He rode a bicycle 11 miles a day up to 2005. Jerry was a man that never turned his back on anyone. He would give his last dime to a stranger. Jerry only had an 8th grade education but his math skills were amazing and did beautiful carpenter work. Mr. Tinnell left in good faith with Our Lord. He made his mark on all that knew and loved him.

Funeral Service will be Monday 2:00 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hebron Cemetery with military honors.
Visitation will be Sunday 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and after 10 a.m. on Monday.
