Jerry Wayne Phelps, 58 of Irvington KY, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Nortons Hosparus Downtown.
He was preceded in death by his parents William and Carolyn Phelps and sister Jean Alvey.
Jerry is survived by fiancee Deanna Mills; his children Nicholas Phelps of Irvington, April Morris (Chris) of Louisville and John Mills of Louisville; his siblings William Phelps (Beth) of Louisville, Robert Phelps of Taylorsville, Gary Phelps and Dawn Phelps both of Shepherdsville; his stepfather William E. Mattingly Sr. of Louisville; 4 grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with cremation to follow.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
