He was preceded in death by his parents Autry Duncan and Cova VanMeter and a sister June Thomason.
He is survived by his siblings; Ronnie Duncan (Donna) of Goshen, KY., Tana Hammons (Ben) of Shepherdsville, Sherry Reynolds (Bill) of Hixson, TN., Brenda Barber (Rick) of Hillview, Sean Duncan(Sam) of Sonora, KY., and Kay Hagon (Wayne).
The family has chosen Cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
