James Robert Rogers Jr. 48 of Louisville passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017 at Norton Audubon Hospital with his family by his side.
He was a retired package handler with Pegatron, a Methodist by faith and a native of Jefferson County.
He was preceded in death by his parents Carl D. and Wanda June Rodgers, and his brother Jeff Rogers.
He is survived by his wife Melissa, his children Marshall Rogers, Hannah Byrd (Dustin) and Kathleen Rogers, his sisters Pattie Ewing, Lisa Higgins, and Betty Childress all of Louisville, his brothers Dwayne Rogers of Vevay, IN and Darrel Rogers of Vine Grove, KY.
Funeral service will be 6:00 p.m. Saturday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Rev. Howard Dick, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 2-6 p.m.
