James J. Cox "Jimmy" 72 of Clarkson formerly of Shepherdsville passed away on Thursday June 16, 2016 at his home.
He was a former employee of Solite, an Army veteran and a member of the V.F.W. and American Legion.
He is survived by his daughters Karen Nalley of Panama City Beach, FL and Lorrie McCubbins (Keith) of Shepherdsville, his siblings Kenny Cox of Shepherdsville, Gene Cox (Phyllis) of Shepherdsville, Nora "Dude" Skaggs of Leitchfield, Lorene Mann of Atlanta, GA, Helen "Punkin" Howlett (Charles) of Shepherdsville and Wanda Cox (Gary) of Denver, Co, his grandchildren Corey McCubbins and Brandon McCubbins.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Maraman Billings Funeral Homes with burial to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
