Jake Harold Clark Jr., 53 of Clarksville, TN passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at U of L Health Medical Center South.
Jake was a Baptist by faith and a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville. He enjoyed spending his free time working on cars.
Jake was preceded in death by his brother Brian Carter.
Jake is survived by his parents Jake H. Clark Sr. and Jacqueline “Fuzz” Clark both of Zion, IL; his companion Juanita Porter of Clarksville, TN; his children Brandon Clark of Evanston, IL, Tiphani Clark and Kennedi Clark of Van Nuys, CA; his siblings Tyrone Clark of Waukegan, IL, Leslie Clark of Zion, IL, Chris Butler and Joe Butler both of Hazelcrest, IL; his granddaughter Ezra Arianna Clark; along with a host of family members aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends too large to mention.
Funeral Service and visitation will be private.
