Ilene LaSuer Phillips, 86 of Louisville, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Springhurst Health and Rehab.
Originally from Superior, Wisconsin, Ilene raised her family in Chicago, Illinois where she worked as a registered nurse until moving to Louisville, Kentucky upon her retirement. She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband Howard C. Phillips; her parents John and Ann LaSuer; her siblings Carol Krause and Donald LaSuer.
Ilene is survived by her daughter Shay Williams, and her grandchildren Brian Williams and Dana Williams whom she loved dearly.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Maraman Billings Funeral Home, with Bro. Mark Veatch officiating. Burial will follow at Hebron Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday from 10:00 a.m.
