Howard Craig Hoffman, 62 of Louisville passed away at Kindred Hospital Monday, August 14, 2017 with his family by his side.
He was a native of Brooklyn, NY and a Baptist by faith. An employee of WDRB Fox 41. Where he recently received an Emmy for 2016 Technical Director for Thunder Over Louisville.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Marilyn Hoffman.
Howard is survived by his daughter Melissa Hoffman (LeBron Bowles) of Radcliff; his sister Diane Puckett (Robert) of Louisville; his grandchildren Sean, Oliver, Elijah, Scarlett Bowles; along with a nephew Michael Puckett and niece Jennie Puckett.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
