Helen Louise Hallinan

January 2, 1953 — April 21, 2022

Helen Louise Hallinan, 69 of Shepherdsville passed away at UofL Health Jewish Hospital on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
She was a Baptist by faith, she retired from Kroger where she worked various positions.
Helen was an avid Kentucky basketball fan, she enjoyed playing cards, especially Rook. She loved going to the lake and spending lazy days on the water surrounded by nature. She took the time to watch hummingbirds dance in the sky. Helen treasured time spent with family, she was a great cook and loved serving her family, especially her grandchildren. The added bit of extra love made Mamaw’s dishes superior to all. Helen was an amazing mother and phenomenal grandmother; she is truly irreplaceable and will be dearly missed.
Helen is preceded in death by her husband Marvin Hallinan, as well as her parents Bobby and Dorothy Miller.
Helen is survived by her sons Scott Hallinan (Jennifer), and Matthew Hallinan (Makensie) both of Mt. Washington; siblings Linda Ferguson (Wayne), Bobby Ray Miller (Peggy), Ronnie Miller (Janie), Kathy Humphrey (Clayton), and Larry Dean Miller (Debbie Etherton) all of Shepherdsville; her grandchildren Hannah, Emma, Hunter, Colton, Avery, and Brook; several nieces and nephews; additional family members and friends.
