Hazel Ruth Atkinson 80 of Louisville passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018 with her family by her side.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Lloyd Atkinson; her parents James Edgar Bond and Lola Hazel Pierce; her siblings William Bond and Shelby Jean Bond; her grandson Aaron C. Atkinson.
Hazel is survived by her children Rita Thompson (Virgil) of Weatherford, TX, Anita Atkinson of Louisville, and Michael Atkinson of Louisville; her brother James David Bond of Birmingham, AL; her grandchildren Jayden C. Atkinson, Isaiah Walker, Melody Thompson, Heather F. Atkinson and Aaron Ledford; along with her greatgrandchild KC Thompson.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
