Harry “Dub” Wilson Crigler, 90 of Shepherdsville passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017 with his family by his side.
He was a native of Bullitt County, a retired employee of Jim Beam, owner and operator of the old Crigler’s Hardware, a member of Shepherdsville Christian Church, past President of Bullitt County Squares, American Legion 157 and a Navy veteran of WWII.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Beulah McCloud, his parents John Thomas and Ruby Ferguson Crigler, brother Sam Crigler and son in law Richard Shepherd.
He is survived by his wife Ellen Mae Crigler, his children Sandy Shepherd, Shirley Mahoney (Larry), Harry S. Crigler (Robyn), Mary Smalley (Charlie) and Thomas W. Crigler (Mary) all of Shepherdsville, his siblings Ann Lee of Lexington and Thomas R. Crigler of Boston, his grandchildren Mary Maddox, Mike Shepherd, Dana Arnold, Scott Crigler, Christopher Crigler, Melissa Branthoover, Leigh Anne Teale and Justin Smalley, his great grandchildren Ricky, Zachary, Anna, Kayleigh, Logan, Rosa, McKenize and Tyler.
Funeral Service will be 1 p.m. on Monday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington.
Visitation will be on Monday at the funeral home from 10 am to service time. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made to Shepherdsville Christian Church and the American Legion.
