Georgetta May Warren Bishop

Georgetta May Bishop of Shepherdsville, Kentucky arrived into Heaven on Saturday, May 31, 2014. She was 62 years of age. She was a Baptist by faith who held steadfast to her belief and was baptized in 1984. She was a graduate of Jefferson Community High School and a retired Federal employee and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Shepherdsville.
Georgetta was a native of Louisville, Kentucky. She was preceded in her physical death by her parents, Robert Warren, Sr. and Maybelle Sylvia Savage of Louisville, Kentucky.
She is survived by her siblings Charlotte Allen of Tombstone, AZ, Mickey Cockeril of Jeffersonville, IN, Burnis Morton of Indiana, Larry Morton of Tampa, FL and Robert Warren, Jr. of Louisville KY; her children Cassandra Schmidt of Louisville, KY, Victor Hodge, III (Chrystal) of Shepherdsville, KY, Christopher Hodge of Nashville, TN, Toby Hodge (Chrystal) of Munfordville, KY, Michael Lee Bishop of Louisville, KY and her seven grandchildren Jessica, Andrew, Allison, Hannah, Kathryn, Trenton and Hunter, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held Friday June 6, 2014 at 7 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home in Shepherdsville, KY with visitation being on Friday from 2-7pm. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville Kentucky on Saturday, June 8, 2014 at 12pm. Online condolences may be made at maramanbillings.com
