George Douglas White, Sr.

George Douglas White Sr., 67 of Shepherdsville passed away on Thursday March 14, 2013 at Audubon Hospital.
He was a active minister in his community in which he was proud to serve.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest Anderson White and Mary Jane White, his siblings Leroy Anderson White and Mary Frances White.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years Doris White; his children Tammy White, George Douglas Jr., of Rossville GA and John Anderson White of Shepherdsville; his siblings Charlotte Kidd of Crittenden KY, Kenneth White of Crittenden KY, David Thomas Taylor of Henderson KY and Ernest E. White of Shepherdsville; along with 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral Service will be on Saturday March 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Dr. Roger D. Samuels, Sr. officiating.
Visitation will be on Friday from 2-8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home for family memorial.
