George Hill Greenwell Sr.

George Hill Greenwell, Sr. 73 of Shepherdsville passed away on Thursday January 19, 2017 at his home.
He was a member of American Legion #157.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Carrie Greenwell.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Arabell Greenwell of Shepherdsville; his children Patricia Ann Groce (Carl Curtsinger) of Brooks, Gloria Jean Lewis (David) of Shepherdsville, George Hill Greenwell, Jr. of Shepherdsville, Gary Allen Greenwell of Shepherdsville, Janice Darlene Greenwell of Shepherdsville, and David Wayne Greenwell, Sr. (Tina) of Shepherdsville; his siblings Barbara Norris of Shepherdsville, Judy Crump of Shepherdsville, Wallace Greenwell of Shepherdsville and Buddy Greenwell of Shepherdsville along with 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Rev. Monroe Breeding officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Saturday from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. till 8 p.m. and on Monday from 9 a.m. till time of service.
