Gaye Lynette Gardner

Gaye Lynette Gardner, 60 of Shepherdsville passed away Monday, September 20, 2021, at Baptist Health Louisville Hospital.
She was a Baptist by faith and a member of Vine Hill Baptist Church. She was a Kentucky Colonel, proud member of the Bullitt County Women’s Club and Kentucky Federation of Women. She was a distributor at Melaleuca and Juice Plus. Gaye worked in real estate for Keller Williams Heartland. Gaye was active in the community, well known, and will be dearly missed by many
She was preceded in death by her parents Ted Stanford & Dorothy Cooksey Stanford; both sets of grandparents; her sister Linda Vilmarie; and a brother that passed shortly after birth.
Gaye is survived by her husband Paul Gardner Sr.; her stepchildren Troy Gardner, Kelly Gardner, Paul Gardner Jr., and Sarah Gardner, Angel Key, Dewana Chandler, Jolynn Hanback, 28 grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister Denise Tevis; nieces Gretchen Hicks, Grace Garvin, Piper Hicks, and Brandie Ribble McDonald (Jeff); brother-in-law Warren Vilmarie; her best friend of 37 plus years Shelia Climber; along with several other family members and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Vine Hill Baptist Church 2078 Clermont Road in Cox’s Creek. with Bro. Greg Crenshaw officiating. Burial will follow in New Salem Baptist Cemetery. The service will be live streamed on the Vine Hill Baptist Church Facebook page.
