Gary Edward Nowak, 49 of Munfordville, passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Medical Center at Caverna.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ronald and Ellen Nowak.
He is survived by his fiancé Alexis Paulson; his children; Andrew Roberts, Leslie Huges, his siblings; Sue Wilson and Darla Knapp.
The family has chosen Cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
